1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zs588 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the zs588 platform available at zs588.app and any associated mobile or web applications.

By creating an account with zs588, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the zs588 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the zs588 platform.

zs588 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain an account with zs588, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zs588 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+. This is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of zs588, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written permission from zs588.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether applied voluntarily through your zs588 account or imposed by zs588 — that remains active at the time of access.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active zs588 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must keep that information current at all times. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zs588 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zs588 will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify zs588 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. zs588 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

zs588 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport and proof of payment method — at any stage. zs588 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the zs588 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs588 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the zs588 cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your zs588 account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. zs588 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Prohibited Deposit Sources

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts, third-party accounts, credit cards, or borrowed funds are prohibited. zs588 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Deposits from prohibited sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

5.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawals require full KYC verification to have been completed on your account. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified zs588 accounts are processed within one business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically settled within a few hours of processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the zs588 cashier page and may vary by payment method and account verification level. zs588 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple tranches.

5.4 Right to Review

zs588 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

zs588 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to exploit bonus wagering, using automated betting software, and systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6.3 Promotional Eligibility

zs588 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be geographically restricted or limited to specific account types. The existence of a promotion does not create an obligation on zs588 to make that promotion available to all users.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the zs588 platform operate in accordance with their individually published rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly override a particular provision.

zs588 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners and are subject to their own operational protocols, which zs588 oversees for compliance purposes.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a bet, zs588 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. No further compensation is payable in such circumstances.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage.

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to zs588.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zs588 staff or other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zs588 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, text, game assets, sound effects, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of zs588 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs588 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zs588 content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs588 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the zs588 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity.
• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Actions of third-party game providers or software suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zs588's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

zs588 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the account holder.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• The continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the zs588 platform or other users.
• A regulator, law enforcement authority, or court has directed the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, unless the balance is subject to legal hold.

You may close your zs588 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method following account closure.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your zs588 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, you must first contact the zs588 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

14. Amendments to Terms

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — zs588 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning) may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the zs588 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs588 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent such laws cannot be contractually excluded.
